Hi, I’m Adrian.
As an Associate Broker in Pennsylvania and Realtor® in New Jersey, I help buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients navigate real estate with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Whether it’s someone buying their first home, preparing to sell, moving to a new area, or building an investment portfolio, I take the time to understand what matters to them and build a plan around their goals.
For me, great representation starts with communication. I want my clients to understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what comes next. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I take pride in making the process approachable and keeping my clients informed from our first conversation through closing.
My background in sales and real estate has shaped me into a strong communicator, problem solver, and negotiator. I approach every transaction with honesty, preparation, and attention to detail, while keeping the experience as straightforward and low-pressure as possible. My job isn’t to push someone into a decision—it’s to give them the information, strategy, and representation they need to make the right decision for themselves.
I serve Philadelphia, the surrounding Pennsylvania suburbs, and South Jersey, but regardless of where or why someone is moving, my approach stays the same: clear advice, strong communication, and a strategy built around the client.

Real estate is a big part of my life, but it isn’t the whole story. Outside of work, I’m usually staying active, spending time with family and friends, watching Philly sports, or finding something new to get into. I’ve always been competitive, curious, and someone who enjoys challenging myself—qualities that carry over into the way I approach both life and business.
