Cobbs Creek is a West Philadelphia neighborhood located along the city's western boundary, taking its name from the creek and parkland running alongside the area. Traditional Philadelphia rowhomes and residential blocks make up much of the neighborhood, with commercial activity concentrated along several of its major streets.

Cobbs Creek Park is one of the neighborhood's defining features, providing trails, recreation areas, wooded sections, and green space along the creek. Baltimore Avenue and Market Street provide connections toward University City and Center City, while SEPTA trolley and bus routes serve the surrounding area. The neighborhood is also adjacent to communities in Delaware County just beyond Philadelphia's western edge.
