East Falls is a Northwest Philadelphia neighborhood situated along the Schuylkill River between Manayunk and Fairmount Park. The neighborhood combines historic rowhomes, twins, detached houses, apartments, institutional properties, and newer development within a landscape shaped by hills overlooking the river.

Kelly Drive and the Schuylkill River Trail provide recreation and connections toward Center City, while Fairmount Park places extensive green space nearby. East Falls also has SEPTA Regional Rail service and convenient access to Route 1 and I-76. Jefferson University’s East Falls campus is located in the neighborhood, adding to the area's mix of residential, educational, and recreational uses.
