Elmwood is a Southwest Philadelphia neighborhood located west of the Schuylkill River and near the city’s border with Delaware County. The neighborhood consists largely of traditional Philadelphia rowhomes and residential blocks, with commercial activity concentrated along major streets serving this section of Southwest Philadelphia.
