Fairmount is a Philadelphia neighborhood located immediately north of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and beside the eastern edge of Fairmount Park. Historic rowhomes, tree-lined residential blocks, restaurants, cafes, and neighborhood businesses characterize much of the area, while Center City remains within relatively easy reach.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, Rodin Museum, Eastern State Penitentiary, and other major cultural destinations are located in or immediately around the neighborhood. Kelly Drive and the Schuylkill River Trail provide additional recreation nearby. Fairmount Avenue serves as a central commercial corridor and connects the neighborhood with surrounding sections of North Philadelphia.
