Fishtown is a river-adjacent Philadelphia neighborhood northeast of Center City known for combining traditional rowhomes and industrial architecture with a large concentration of restaurants, music venues, cafes, shops, and newer residential development. Frankford Avenue and Girard Avenue form two of the neighborhood’s major commercial corridors.

Popular destinations include the Fillmore Philadelphia and numerous independent restaurants, galleries, and entertainment venues around Frankford Avenue. SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line provides rapid transit toward Center City, while Delaware Avenue connects Fishtown with the riverfront.
