Havertown is a Delaware County community within Haverford Township, located just west of Philadelphia and south of the Main Line. Its residential streets feature a wide variety of housing styles, including stone colonials, twins, Cape Cods, and other homes representing several generations of suburban development.

Darby Road and the Brookline Boulevard area contain many of Havertown’s local restaurants, shops, and neighborhood businesses. The Haverford Reserve provides trails, recreation, and open space, while SEPTA trolley and bus routes connect portions of the community with Upper Darby and Philadelphia. Nearby Route 3 and the Main Line provide additional connections throughout Delaware and Montgomery counties.
