Limerick Township is a Montgomery County community along the Route 422 corridor northwest of King of Prussia. The township combines established residential areas, newer housing development, commercial centers, employment areas, farmland, and open space representative of the rapidly growing western portion of Montgomery County.

The Philadelphia Premium Outlets are a major regional shopping destination in the township, while Routes 422 and 724 provide connections toward Collegeville, Pottstown, Phoenixville, and King of Prussia. Parks, trails, and recreation facilities are located throughout the area, with the Schuylkill River corridor nearby.
