London Grove Township is a southern Chester County community surrounding portions of the West Grove and Avondale areas. The township combines residential neighborhoods with farmland, open space, wooded areas, and development influenced by the agricultural heritage of the broader Brandywine Valley.

Routes 1 and 41 provide connections toward Kennett Square, Oxford, Chadds Ford, and northern Delaware. The surrounding region is closely associated with Chester County’s mushroom industry and includes numerous farms, nurseries, parks, and preserved landscapes. Longwood Gardens and other Brandywine Valley destinations are also accessible from the township.
