Newtown Square is a Delaware County community within Newtown Township, located west of Philadelphia along the Route 3 corridor. The area combines established residential neighborhoods, newer development, historic properties, office centers, parks, and areas of preserved open space.

West Chester Pike serves as the community’s main commercial and transportation corridor, connecting Newtown Square with West Chester, Broomall, and Upper Darby. Ridley Creek State Park is nearby, providing extensive trails, historic landscapes, and recreation. The community is also convenient to Media, the Main Line, and employment centers throughout western Delaware County.
