Packer Park is a South Philadelphia neighborhood located immediately west of the Sports Complex. Its residential streets differ from many older South Philadelphia neighborhoods, featuring a mix of townhomes, detached and semi-detached homes, and newer planned residential development.

The neighborhood’s location places Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field, and Xfinity Mobile Arena nearby, along with the commercial and entertainment destinations surrounding the stadium district. Broad Street and I-76 provide major transportation connections, while FDR Park offers extensive green space, trails, recreation, and community events just east of the neighborhood.
