Perkiomen Township is a Montgomery County community located along Perkiomen Creek near Collegeville, Schwenksville, and Skippack. The township combines established and newer residential neighborhoods with open space, parks, and areas influenced by the creek valley running through this portion of the county.

The Perkiomen Trail is one of the area’s defining recreational features, providing miles of walking and cycling connections along the creek. Routes 29 and 113 connect the township with Collegeville, Phoenixville, and surrounding communities, while Route 422 is accessible nearby for travel toward King of Prussia and Pottstown.
