Point Breeze is a South Philadelphia neighborhood located southwest of Center City. Traditional Philadelphia rowhomes line much of its street grid, joined by newer residential construction, neighborhood businesses, and commercial corridors that reflect continued investment and change throughout this part of the city.

Point Breeze Avenue and Washington Avenue are important local routes for businesses and transportation. The neighborhood is positioned near Graduate Hospital, Newbold, and Grays Ferry, with Center City and University City both relatively close. SEPTA bus routes and nearby Broad Street Line stations provide additional transportation options.
