Spring Garden is a Philadelphia neighborhood immediately north of Center City, situated near the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Broad Street. Historic rowhomes, brownstones, apartments, institutional buildings, and tree-lined residential streets make up much of the neighborhood’s distinctive architecture.

Spring Garden Street is a major east-west corridor, while nearby destinations include the Barnes Foundation, Rodin Museum, Community College of Philadelphia, and Eastern State Penitentiary. SEPTA’s Broad Street Line and numerous bus routes provide transportation throughout the city, and both Fairmount and Center City are within easy reach.
