Wayne is a Main Line community centered primarily in Radnor Township, with portions extending into neighboring townships. Its downtown along Lancaster Avenue features restaurants, cafes, boutiques, local businesses, and historic buildings surrounded by established residential neighborhoods.

Wayne Station provides SEPTA Regional Rail service toward Philadelphia and communities throughout the Main Line. The historic Anthony Wayne Theater is a recognizable downtown landmark, while the Radnor Trail and nearby parks provide recreation. Routes 30 and 476 offer connections toward King of Prussia, Philadelphia, and surrounding Delaware and Montgomery County communities.
